Starting today, we are celebrating the Onam Festival in full pomp and festivity. It’s the biggest festival in Kerala which is South of India, and celebrated with tremendous zeal by all Malayalees around the world.
We have rolled out the traditional flower carpet called ‘Pookalam’ which is a quintessential element of Onam and dressed up in traditional ‘Mundu’ (Men’s garment worn around the waist) and Saree (women’s garment) to welcome the mythical and righteous king: King Mahabali.
